1 gallon = 3.789 liters |
# Liter x 1,000 (mL) / ratio = mL the Oil to mix through Gas |
# Gallons x 128(ozs) / proportion = Ounces that Oil to mix through Gas |
12 liter x 1,000 (mL) / Ratio50 (50:1 ratio) = 240 mL that Oil come mix with Gas |
25 liter x 1,000 (mL) / Ratio50 (50:1 ratio) = 500 mL the Oil come mix through Gas |
6 (gallons) x 128 (ozs) / 50 (50:1 ratio) = 15.36 ozs that oil for 6 gallons the gas |
6 (gallons) x 8 (pints) / 50 (50:1 ratio) = 0.96 pints that oil for 6 gallons the gas |
For 2-Stroke outboards that need a 50:1 premix that oil/gas we"ve placed together the following chart to simplify the calculations.
Use only 2-stroke outboard engine oil through an NMMA (National marine Manufacturer"s Assoc.) certified rating the TCW3. Never ever use automobile motor oil in your 2-stroke outboard!
TLDI outboards need to only be run making use of TCW3 oil especially formulated for use in straight Injection motors. Typical TCW3 oil is no recommended for use in TLDI outboards.
Unleaded gasoline v a minimum octane rating the 87 is necessary; however, us recommend making use of an octane rating that 89, if possible, for finest performance.
